DESCRIPTION:A l’occasion de la sortie de son nouveau livre sur les “Thés\, tisanes et boissons santé à faire soi-même” (maison d’édition Eyrolles)\, Noëlie Cotteaux\, naturopathe à Châteaugiron et aux alentours\, vous propose une immersion de 2h dans le monde de la naturopathie et des plantes sauvages. \nAu cours de cet atelier qui aura lieu chez Le temps qu’il faut à Piré sur seiche\, vous découvrirez les bienfaits et particularités de quelques plantes sauvages et thés (blanc\, vert\, noir\, rouge\, oolong). Cela vous permettra de faire un choix judicieux de plantes ou de thés quand vous en consommerez. Vous apprendrez aussi à réaliser votre propre boisson santé en fonction de vos troubles\, problèmes particuliers (sommeil\, stress\, troubles digestifs\, fatigue\, problèmes de peau\, …).
